Flow Cytometry analysis of CD30 in Human lymphocytes using CD30 Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-47978). Cells were stained with an isotype control, FITC Chimeric monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47752) (panel A), or CD30 Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody before (B) or after anti-CD3/28 activation (C) at a concentration of 1 µg/mL for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analyzed on a flow-cytometer.
